Refund policy

I offer a refund or a reship on a dead arrivals, please allow up to two dead individuals per species since I usually pack extra just because of the shipping stress animals might endure.

To receive a refund please use contact form and include a photography of the shipping box (specifically sticker with tracking number), containers in which animals have arrived in, dead individuals and handwritten date. Preferably all in one photo.

During the winter season website recommends the use of a heat pack, we will not refund orders without heat pack added during winter.

Refunds are for animals only.
