Origin: North Balkans and surroundings.
Optimal temperature: 15-22 °C
Size: up to 2,0 cm
Enclosure: Normal with 1/3rd wet part.
Additional info: Easy to keep and easy to breed. This pretty large dimorphic (females are lighter in color and have some sort of gradient) pillbug is nice to look at and very easy to keep even at room temperature. Original culture for these comes from Bohinj in Slovenia.
